1. Our Service
Bahrtijara provides complete sourcing and shipping services. We handle everything! from finding the right product and dealing with manufacturers to quality checks and delivery. You don’t need to communicate with suppliers; we manage the entire process for you.
2. Orders & Approval
We share samples, product details, or specifications before production begins. Once you approve, the order moves forward based on those details. Please review everything carefully, as changes after approval may not be possible.
3. Quality Assurance
We follow strict quality checks, including AQL 2.5 standards. While we do our best to ensure consistency, small variations can happen in bulk production. Final goods will match approved samples as closely as possible.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We arrange shipping and manage logistics for your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, shipping conditions, or customs processes. Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility may transfer to the buyer depending on agreed terms (such as FOB).
5. Delays
Delays can happen due to factors beyond our control, such as factory issues, port congestion, weather conditions, shipping line delays, or customs clearance. We will keep you informed, but we are not liable for delays caused by these external factors.
6. Loss, Damage, or Accidents
Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or accidents during transit. This includes situations like container damage, theft, or mishandling. We strongly recommend marine insurance to protect your goods, especially for high-value shipments.
7. Payments
All costs including product, service fees, and shipping are clearly mentioned in your invoice. Payments must be completed through secure methods before shipment documents are released, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started. Any requested changes may result in additional costs and delays. Costs already incurred will be the client’s responsibility.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, political issues, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Karachi.
